Manchmal könnten die Lösungen eben ganz einfach sein, vorausgesetzt niemand, der den Schaden angerichtet hat, sollte von der Lösung profitieren. Entschuldige bitte, wenn es meinen Argwohn erregt, das man sich international auf ein mehrere Billionen schweres Programm für die Verursacher in Windeseile einigen kann aber nicht für ein Programm das nur einen Bruchteil dessen kostet und den Geschädigten zu Gute käme. Für die Abwicklung stünden doch noch, gerade hier bei uns, ausreichend Geldinstitute zur Verfügung. Da braucht es keine 20000 Beamten. Da würden mir schon 200 Steuerfahnder reichen, die jährlich ca. 70 Milliarden Euro einbringen würden.
